Rebranding: A Journey to Self

Hello My Fellow Sages,

Summer is here — and with it comes that particular energy that makes you want to shake things up, start fresh, and say yes to the things that light you up.

That's exactly what I'm doing.

I'm Heading to Mexico — Again

May 24th I'm heading back to teach yoga, movement, pilates, group fitness and meditation at some of the most beautiful properties in the world — and I could not be more excited. Three weeks, total of 48 scheduled classes.

Week 1: Isla Mujeres I'll be returning for my fourth time teaching at the stunning 5-Diamond Impressions by Secrets resort. If you've never heard of Isla Mujeres, picture a small island just off Cancún — turquoise water, warm breezes, and the kind of stillness that reminds you why slowing down is actually the most powerful thing you can do.

Week 2: Two More Extraordinary Properties From there I head to Secrets Tulum — nestled in the lush jungle of the Riviera Maya — before finishing at Secrets Vine in Cancún. Three properties. Two weeks. One incredible reminder that vibrant living is not just possible after 50 — it's extraordinary.

This is the life The Vibrant Sage is about. Not someday. Now.

Speaking of Rebranding…

All of this movement — new seasons, new places, new energy — has me thinking about something bigger. This week on the blog I wrote about rebranding. Not the business kind (though that's happening too — more on that soon), but the personal kind.

The kind that happens when you commit to a new habit, step into a new chapter, and suddenly the people around you say: There's something different about you.

Sound familiar?

I'd genuinely love to know if it resonates. Leave a comment or simply hit reply — I read every one.

One Very Special Spot in Belize 🌊

Now — for something truly extraordinary.

In November (7–12), I'm leading a retreat on a private island at Thatch Caye in Belize. Think overwater bungalows, crystal-clear Caribbean water, yoga at sunrise, meditation, movement — and the kind of deep rest that most of us are desperately overdue for.

There is one overwater bungalow remaining.

One.

If you've ever thought I want to do something like this — this is the moment. And because you're a Vibrant Sage subscriber, I'm offering a special discount not available anywhere else.

Simply reply to this email and let me know you're interested. I'll send you all the details personally.

These spots don't last — and this one in particular won't.

A Final Thought

Whether it's committing to a morning walk, saying yes to a retreat, or simply deciding that this summer is going to feel different — every one of those choices is a rebrand. A quiet, powerful declaration that you are not done becoming.

And you're not. Not even close.

To Living Vibrantly,Nancy

What If It Isn't Summer We Love? Summer is quietly winding down. Even here in South Florida, where warm weather is part of everyday life, summer holds a special kind of energy. Vacations. Family gatherings. Long evenings outside. Time with friends. Somehow life feels a little lighter. Have you noticed that too? Before we turn the page to fall, I invite you to pause for just a moment. What made your heart sing this summer? What moments brought you the greatest sense of peace or joy? What are...

Hola! I'm back home, and it feels wonderful. Mexico was beautiful—the warmth, the ocean, the scenery. As always, I returned feeling grateful. But I also came home with something unexpected: I was carrying more stress than I realized. That surprised me. After all, I was in Mexico. I was teaching yoga, walking by the ocean, meeting wonderful people, and doing work I love. Yet my Oura Ring told a different story. What I realized is that stress isn't always a sign that something is wrong. Even...

An Ordinary Day Most days don't feel extraordinary. Maybe that's because we stop noticing them. This morning, as I began my day, I paused, took one slow breath, and quietly whispered, "Thank you for another day." It's one of the simplest wellness practices I've ever adopted, yet it has changed the way I experience life. This past weekend reminded me why. A Weekend Reminder Rob and I had the joy of spending the weekend with dear friends, Corrine and Rich. A weekend with dear friends—and an...
