Hello My Fellow Sages, Summer is here — and with it comes that particular energy that makes you want to shake things up, start fresh, and say yes to the things that light you up. That's exactly what I'm doing. I'm Heading to Mexico — AgainMay 24th I'm heading back to teach yoga, movement, pilates, group fitness and meditation at some of the most beautiful properties in the world — and I could not be more excited. Three weeks, total of 48 scheduled classes. Week 1: Isla Mujeres I'll be returning for my fourth time teaching at the stunning 5-Diamond Impressions by Secrets resort. If you've never heard of Isla Mujeres, picture a small island just off Cancún — turquoise water, warm breezes, and the kind of stillness that reminds you why slowing down is actually the most powerful thing you can do. Week 2: Two More Extraordinary Properties From there I head to Secrets Tulum — nestled in the lush jungle of the Riviera Maya — before finishing at Secrets Vine in Cancún. Three properties. Two weeks. One incredible reminder that vibrant living is not just possible after 50 — it's extraordinary. This is the life The Vibrant Sage is about. Not someday. Now. Speaking of Rebranding…All of this movement — new seasons, new places, new energy — has me thinking about something bigger. This week on the blog I wrote about rebranding. Not the business kind (though that's happening too — more on that soon), but the personal kind. The kind that happens when you commit to a new habit, step into a new chapter, and suddenly the people around you say: There's something different about you. Sound familiar? → Read this week's post: Rebranding Isn't Just for Businesses — It's Something We Do Our Whole Lives
I'd genuinely love to know if it resonates. Leave a comment or simply hit reply — I read every one. One Very Special Spot in Belize 🌊Now — for something truly extraordinary. In November (7–12), I'm leading a retreat on a private island at Thatch Caye in Belize. Think overwater bungalows, crystal-clear Caribbean water, yoga at sunrise, meditation, movement — and the kind of deep rest that most of us are desperately overdue for. There is one overwater bungalow remaining. One. If you've ever thought I want to do something like this — this is the moment. And because you're a Vibrant Sage subscriber, I'm offering a special discount not available anywhere else. Simply reply to this email and let me know you're interested. I'll send you all the details personally. These spots don't last — and this one in particular won't. A Final ThoughtWhether it's committing to a morning walk, saying yes to a retreat, or simply deciding that this summer is going to feel different — every one of those choices is a rebrand. A quiet, powerful declaration that you are not done becoming. And you're not. Not even close. To Living Vibrantly,Nancy Know someone who needs a little Vibrant Sage energy this summer? Hello Fellow Sages, Most of you know I wrote a book, The Vibrant Sage: Arousing Energy for Health and Happiness, built around five foundational pillars for vibrant living after 50: breathmovementnutritionsleeppurpose And for years, when someone asked me which pillar matters most… my answer was usually: it depends. Sometimes the answer was breath.Sometimes purpose. Breath and purpose have always felt like the bookends to me—breath means we are alive and able to offer our gifts to the world...
Hello Fellow Sages, Happy Spring… (ok, I know it officially started a while ago—but I’m still celebrating it 😊) There’s something about this time of year. The longer days. The warmth of the sun. The quiet return of color—from daffodils to cherry blossoms. Even here in South Florida, where we don’t experience winter in quite the same way, there’s still a shift. A soft unfolding. And it got me thinking… What if we’re not so different from those flowers? Winter is a time of quiet reflection; for...
Hello My Fellow Sages There’s something about this time of year… The light feels different. The days stretch a little longer. And without even realizing it… we begin to look forward to what’s ahead. It reminds me of being younger… Those final weeks of school. Counting down the days. Knowing something was coming— more time outside… more freedom… more fun… more life. We didn’t need a reason. We just felt it. And maybe that’s what I’m noticing now… That same feeling is still there. Just quieter....
